  Couldn't have been happier with the wood flooring and carpet they installed. Crews were top notch and very hard working. I highly recommend them!

  I first hired Premier Floors on the recommendation of friend who just had their floors redone, to put in new hardwood floors in 2 upstairs bedrooms. I worked with Lexi, one of the owners, and she was a pleasure to deal with. She was able to schedule my job for the week after I came in to the store, and I was very happy they could get me scheduled so quickly. Their crew arrived promptly and were very professional. I was amazed that they were able to get our old carpets torn out and new floors laid quickly which was nice. They then let the floors sit for a week and then came back exactly when they said they would and and scraped and stained the floor to match my existing floors. They tried multiple combinations of stain and polyurethane until we got the perfect match. I appreciated that they were just as concerned as I was that my new floors flowed seamlessly into my existing hardwoods outside these bedrooms. The outcome was great. I asked them to hold off on putting back the furniture for a few weeks since I had the rooms painted next and they accommodated my request and returned to replace the furniture on the date I requested. I was so pleased that I hired them again, this time to do my laundry room floor and backsplash. Again, they were able to schedule my job at my convenience and their crew was timely, professional and eager to please. This crew did a great job as well and my laundry room looks great. So glad I found Premier Floors. I will definitely be back to see Lexi at Premier Floors for our next updating project!
